Jo Rice

Jo Rice joined the Board as a non-executive director in March 2022.

Jo is CEO of Resurgo having co-founded the charity in 2003. Drawing on her coaching experience, Jo authored and delivered the first Spear Programme at Resurgo, which has now supported more than 7,500 young people overcome multiple barriers into employment. Jo is a coach accredited by the International Coach Federation and is also a trustee of International Justice Mission UK.
