Jo Rice

Jo Rice joined the Board as a non-executive director in March 2022.

Jo is the former CEO of Resurgo having co-founded the charity in 2003, Jo left Resurgo in December 2023 after 21 years. Drawing on her coaching experience, Jo authored and delivered the first Spear Programme at Resurgo, which has now supported more than 7,500 young people overcome multiple barriers into employment. Jo is a coach accredited by the International Coach Federation and is also a trustee of International Justice Mission UK.
