Rose Vangerven

Rose Vangerven was appointed CEO of Findlay Park in April 2025.

In addition to her responsibilities as CEO, she remains a member of the investment team and provides leadership on sustainability and governance matters. Rose is also Vice Chair of the Independent Investment Management Initiative a think-tank representing specialist investment firms, of which Findlay Park is a member.

Prior to joining Findlay Park in 2019 as Responsible Investment Lead, Rose worked in the Responsible Investment team at Columbia Threadneedle, having begun her career at Blackrock.
